The duration of the course was too long for the content it was an 8.5 hour course that could of easily been completed in 6 hours or less, a lot of time was spent over explaining simple things and less time was spent on things that people may not know much about.
Andy was brilliant and very engaging, taking time to get to know us all.

Mr Bedford-Visser gave a very informative, engaging and even entertaining course. I have learned a lot about first aid and how to aid anyone in need. The humour displayed throughout made it both fun to attend and easier to learn and remember.
