Mick had amazing knowledge of the course criteria and any questions we had were answered. He also kept the course interesting by involving us constantly.

I enjoyed the course very much. Very informative and excellently delivered. It was delivered in great way that was easy to follow and kept me involved throughout the course. Reuben was very good instructor.

trainer was brilliant and his delivery was very good. The facilities were not great and there was no heating in the room. the 3 people on the course all drove from Glasgow area so we all had a 2 hour drive. The trainer should have been brought to Glasgow.

Very informative and engaging, helps build confidence with basic first aid procedures.
