Probably one of the best training courses I have been apart of. Very detailed, great interaction and break off rooms to discuss topics further. A lot of information to take in so possibly a hand out or booklet after the session would be my only feedback. Great trainer, very encouraging made me feel confident in speaking up.

Tim made the material easy to learn and comprehend. I have a better understanding of fire safety in general, plus my role and the company's responsibilities.

Excellent session, the content was great but really brought to live by Tim, our trainer. He was engaging and extremely knowledgeable, he stressed the important points and utilised relevant examples. Tim was also very understanding and supportive for the whole team

The overall delivery of the course was fantastic. It was relaxed and informal with a sensitive approach. I found the course easy to follow and i feel the trainer held every ones attention for the whole of the duration of the course. The course material/content was interesting and informative.
