The course could have been condensed by 2-3 hours but was very informative & useful

I am happy with Matt for day 1 and day 3. However Emma the trainer on day 2 was a nightmare! Rude, agitated and very scattered.she is not right person to teach and we all had very hard time being in her presence…

This was the best First Aid course I have done and I have done a few.

I really enjoyed this course. Brian was brilliant. He didn't waffle, gave us the information that was needed, in a way that was interesting/ engaging, especially for someone with ADHD who finds training difficult to sit through. Brian made the session informative and fun, I really enjoyed the group I was with also. Hope we get to do the next levels with Brian.
