Very hands on and practical (within current guidelines), and Matt conducted the course in an interesting and interactive manner which aided our learning.
Trainer was engaging and interesting throughout the course. They made sure to give me ample opportunity to ask questions and to clarify when needed.
Dave was very clear and in depth. Any questions were answered with great explanation.
I found the course extremely informative and I learnt a variety of new things, I definitely feel confident about applying simple first aid techniques on a customer / member of the public.
