Karen is brilliant at teaching and demonstrating. I have learned so much in one day.
Apart from the little assessment having issues, my trainer was so patient and professional, she was incredibly good at explaining things and keeping really long lectures entertaining and informative - don’t think I’ve ever made this many notes out of my own interest vs having to make notes. Will remember all the stuff covered, very much appreciated thank you for first aid training me, Zahra Kidd was amazing 🙌

Emma was really good at presenting to us and helping us understand. Engaged with us really well
Outstanding and covered all subjects in the three days. Emma was focused on making sure our whole team for the three days understood subjects before moving on to the next part. We got all involved with the practical work and I cannot thank her and green Cross organisation for helping me take away these life skills to potentially save life. Thank you.

Was a lot of info but spaced breaks helped
I did not receive any joining link even after chasing. I had to call Greencross in the end few mins to the course starting and a lady called Jackie helped me get in by emailing me the link. she was very helpful. unfortunately I also did not have the manual the trainer was referring to so could not get the most out of the course.
