My book didn't come until quite late into the course so that was why I didn't score 5 and of course because we had to complete the course online. I think it's always easier if you are in a room together however it did still work really well. Ross did a great job of informing, co-ordinating and bringing us together in an environment where we felt we could trust and share stories with each other which I think gave us all an enriched experience.

Some of the training overfed could of been done on learn and developed before hand. Along the lines of Skills labs.

A good session thoroughly enjoyed it. We had plenty time to discuss topics, it has been an informative session.

I learned a lot from this course. I feel it has given me the knowledge to be able to assist people. The trainer Mark was very engaging and gave good examples. I felt the practical training was also very good however it was rather restricted due to COVID
