I enjoyed the course, the trainer was knowledgeable and answered all questioned put to her by the class in detail. I left feeling far more confident I could assist or deal with an emergency situation.

I was nervous about being a first aider at work as it feels like a lot of responsibility but Chris made it so easy to take it, really well delivered and relaxed. Really pleased with thus course.

Helen was very patient and was a great trainer. She helped me to remember things I sometimes struggle with and told us some great information which I wasn't aware of. Big thumbs up

The course was generally satisfactory With elements of good within the content of delivery. It was a shame that there was some technical issues at the start of the course.
