Darren was a very clear concise instructor, fully explaining all aspects of course as it proceeded, making it a easy learning and fun course, really helping get a fuller grasp of first aid at work and for all future aspects of my life
David delivered the course content in a very good manner; the course content itself was clear and concise, easy to understand and to remember.
The course was interactive and enlightening, I was able to engage effectively and Lynn encouraged open and honest discussion - relating the course to workplace and real life situations to bring it to life! The course overall has allowed me to understand more into safety and sparked my interest to potentially develop onto a more advance course in the near future.
Its a good course and the the trainer was patient and flexible.
I think Darren did a great job in making the learning more practical and applicable to the type of work we do, and brought a lot of energy into his role play of situations as well. I think the only downside during the three days was that we maybe repeated doing CPR on the dummys a little too much and could have maybe spent a little more time on other subjects with the time saved
Was harder to stay focused without the practical work.

Kev was an excellent trainer, focusing exactly on what we needed to know and real life examples applicable to work in a retail store and based on each participants work environment!
