More lone worker focused guidance and information, and bed / assist techniques , also more palliative care focused tips and techniques as this course is care home or nursing home focused, the trainer was very good and was easy to talk to.

Course would be better it was delivered practically, as it will give those learning the oppourtunity to use the equipment.

The trainer was great and delivered the course very well, however the practical aspects of the course really aren't suited to online delivery needs to be a face to face course, tailored to the equipment and environment that you work in

The way they had the question could have be more rephrased so you could understand them more better
