A well managed and very informative course

I completed the same course 3 years ago which was before covid restrictions. It’s a shame that we are still in a position of certain restrictions as when completing first aid you need that one to one interaction to practice. The trainer Carol was an absolute joy. She ran the course smoothly and was always asking if everyone understood or needed to ask any questions. I really enjoyed my first aid training.

Matt is excellent at training, very on hand experience and gave real life examples about treating injuried people gave good tips in a very understanding way.

Great course feel as confident as can be. Course content great, good practical repetition to embed learning. Matt was fabulous, enthusiastic and knowledgeable.

Digital side needs to be made clearer with joining details. Qr code should scan more than once
