The Course was very detailed and covered everything off very well and I never felt overwhelmed with the information that was presented.

I really enjoyed this course. The trainer was absolutely brilliant at delivering it and for the first time while doing first aid I felt at ease that if an emergency did occur I would know what to do. The trainer answered all of the questions and queries I had and didn't make me feel silly for asking them.

More informative than my last course and therefore more interesting, trainers made it fun for everybody as well as getting all the information across very clearly.
