really good course. Of the 4 first aid courses I have done down the years it was the best.

First time on a first aid course and found it to be a surprisingly relaxed and friendly environment given the subject matter. This made it far easier to take in information. Credit to Julie the trainer for making that happen.

This was a very informative course that filled in many blanks for me, the instructor Brent was first class in his delivery and kept us engaged throughout the three days. Overall this was an excellent course with an excellent instructor and I would not hesitate to recommend this to all my colleagues, friends and family.

The trainer was very good and motivated all candidates to participate in the course.

Brent delivered the content very well, it helps when someone has been in those situations and able to share experiences, this was the case with Brent.
