Good course and Julie was an excellent teacher

Debbie was fantastic, she made us all feel comfortable and confident from the beginning. She was able to simplify every situation or question we had so it was easier for all the colleagues to understand better. Debbie is a credit to the work she does and anyone would be lucky to have her as a trainer in the future.

David delivered the course in an calming manor excellent knowledge of the subject in courage’s conversation and questions , down side no practical .

It was a comfortable trading course maybe a little more practical should be included but over all it was good

I found the course relaxed and enjoyable with all practical aspects covered.There were a few issues with sign ons and some had difficulty accessing the final exam.

Andrew was very good at explaining situations & certainly knew more than first aid eg. In depth medical understanding. Learnt a few new things & I’ve been doing first aid courses for a good few years. I found the video’s that he showed us were worth watching.

Trainer was very engaging and made us remember things doing funny stuff
