Good course but prefer a class room with role play .

The trainer was outstanding in how she delivered the course. The questions with the double negatives were confusing. Having been on first aid courses before would definitely have to say this was the best

4 stars only due to the current covid restrictions which meant there was less practical parts to the course. I'm sure it is normally worth that 5th star

Very happy, a lot of information and practice.

Designed to help me, it was a little repetitive but that helped me to remember the key points

Some details were repeated several times not enough time to take notes before going on to the next page technical faults need to be sorted

David made the course fun while making sure we learnt what we need to know
