David the trainer was very good. Very informative about equipment. Would have hleped me if could have had chance to use equipent but aware this was not possible due to COVID.

The course covered the agenda and practices we were there to learn very well and I feel the trainer had a good style of training, knew the topics well, gave time for practice and ample opportunities for questions.

Julie was lovely and managed to add in some humour to lighten the mood. The course was enjoyable and easy to follow.

excellent presentation... easy to access, very knowledgeable trainer, pleasant and approachable... only ever done a full 3 day face to face course before and this was so much easier and quicker
