First time trainer used new tech to go through course and the tech did not work very well. He was also unable to get the PC to work to show the slides. Could have come in earlier and made sure everything working ok. Good knowledge and thorough but let down by these failings.
I enjoyed the course, the trainer was knowledgeable and answered all questioned put to her by the class in detail. I left feeling far more confident I could assist or deal with an emergency situation.
I was nervous about being a first aider at work as it feels like a lot of responsibility but Chris made it so easy to take it, really well delivered and relaxed. Really pleased with thus course.
Helen was very patient and was a great trainer. She helped me to remember things I sometimes struggle with and told us some great information which I wasn't aware of. Big thumbs up

Alex MacDonald kept the course content interesting and at no time was it ‘dry’. At the end of the course I came away feeling far more confident in my capability as an emergency first aider if the situation arose.
