Great trainer. Made the course really interesting and relaxed which enabled me to stay on point and retain the information that was given. I think this course and the way it was done will mean I will feel very confident I know what I am doing should I need to administer first aide.
Very engaging trainer, explained in clear terms, plenty of time to discuss real situations and to demonstrate the skills needed for CPR.
