Course was great, training room floor was dirty, but other than that, all good.

The course instructor presented the material in an engaging and easily understandable manner. He obviously knows the material inside out. The practical part of the course was well instructed

Great 3 days and very well lead by the course leader. It was great there was a mix from different professions to share their experiences.

This course has provide the tools to deal with any first aid incidences. Will be useful in all aspects of my life. The trainer was knowledgeable and very supportive dispelling many urban myths.
