Trainer Kev was brilliant, made the day easy to understand and relaxed. The online assessment was tricky to get into due to the WiFi which having books to complete might have been easier. Otherwise excellent informative course.

Dave is a great trainer that engages with all learners. The delivery of the course was excellent and allowed everyone to interact. Turned what can be a repetitive course into a ' I learnt something' course. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟+

Because of where our course was held we did not have good WiFi or Internet coverage it was really frustrating to do the tests. I think next time adequate coverage checks should be made or some other way of completing it should be in place. I had to share a device and it got annoying to have to keep logging both of us in and out. That is my only issue with the course.
