It was difficult in the fact that COVID has caused a restriction in the practical sense of the course, but in general all required information and training assessment were well organised.

This was my 3rd course, 2 classroom and 1 online, I have found every instructor very friendly and all very knowledgeable and always happy to explain things if anyone needs clarification on certain things.
Good trainer covered contents very well and at the right pace.
The course was absolutely brilliant, mostly because of the lovely trainer - Leila. She is very passionate about the topic and managed to keep the group engaged until the very end of the training. Leila was thorough but at the same time kept uplifting the mood in the room from the get go, which helped the group of strangers feel more relaxed and cooperate with each other. Thank you.
Excellent course overall. The class participation was good also. Personally prefer face to face training though.
