Trainer was very knowledgeable and kept the day interesting and a positive atmosphere
The course was brilliant and covered all the basic I needed to know for my work place and outside of, the trainer was friendly, very professional and knowledgeable and delivered the course so efficiently with abit of fun throughout and made me feel confident and at ease. I hope my feed back gets back to the trainer with my thanks and hope to see him again in the future.
The trainer was excellent. He gave quite realistic descriptions of his life experiences of the procedures being taught. This really helped us with this course
Excellent trainer who explained issues on first aid very well. Also one particularly topic which I do commend him is on AED defibrillator, which I had been having problem with but on that particularly day, all was well explained and now I'm very confident to use the aed defibrillator.
Only marked course down because of covid restrictions stopping things like bandage practice. Course would also have been better held in Ings Road store which was available on that day ( my store- I control booking diary !!)
