George was a very engaging trainer. He was extremely knowledgeable.

Very difficult to keep someone’s attention for three days, but Franz did it with a good mixture of slides, video and chat. Just hope I never have to use any of it!

Kayleigh was really good with all of us and made it so much easier to learn. Especially knowing we was all nervous and a bit reserved. She made us feel very relaxed and comfy and the way she taught us was alot better and ensured we took a lot of info in! She was so friendly and fun, and the interaction throughout the course was a huge help!! Hopefully we can have kayleigh again when renewing in a few years time.

Thought jackie the trainer was great. Very nice and easy to get along with. Had lots of examples and info to pass on The course itself was good and informative.

I found this course very interesting and the trainer was very knowledgeable I was a bit nervous going into this but the trainer made you feel relaxed and you were able to enjoy it.

Enjoyed this course, trainer was very efficient and all content was presented clearly. It was intense as we did it in just one day, however, we had short breaks which cut the day into chunks. Very good, and would do this course again in one day.
