The course was delivered really well and the trainer was very engaging with the group.

Enjoyed this course, trainer was very efficient and all content was presented clearly. It was intense as we did it in just one day, however, we had short breaks which cut the day into chunks. Very good, and would do this course again in one day.

Clear, concise, good balance of theory and practice. Use of short videos with info was good and the film of real life scenarios was really helpful. The discussion groups about a given scenario were also great for dealing with the theoretical realities that might occur. The Trainer was really professional and his pace of delivery was just right to get the information instilled and I was never bored. Many thanks for a really good course. It will make all the difference to my first aid abilities.
