The traing was good only let down by the venue. The room was not good no natural light no windows.

What an amazing course, and an amazing trainer. Helen is a very knowledgeable and skilled first aider and teacher and made it fun whilst learning, which in return made it a lot easier to retain the information she was teaching us. Thank you Helen and thank you greencross.

The trainer was superb, nice person with great stories and interesting presentation. Wasn't hard to keep on paying attention. Much of the knowledge stuck with me without the need of revisiting my notes so far which shows how good a presenter/trainer he is.

Ruben was a brilliant trainer and went through specific things just for me as I would encounter that more often.

I thoroughly enjoyed the course. I thought that the trainer was first rate. The TV set that we were supposed to be watching was rather small and didn't seem to work properly. I would like to do more.

Very good informative course it would have helped to maybe have a book to refer to as everything on line does not suit every one if you are not very technically minded.
