Very friendly trainer, good experience overall

Trainer was very friendly and encouraging and made the day more enjoyable

Really engaging and enjoyable, Frans spoke clearly and was a genuinely interesting guy. The only downfall was the overuse of PowerPoint but I could not suggest a better way of displaying the information. Thanks Frans!
