Overall, it was a really nice chilled environment, which was great when paired in contrast with some of the things we were having to learn. It helped to keep the mood relaxed but not slack, if that makes sense. Kay was a fantastic trainer as well, she put care into each person to help them learn the skills they need.Thanks for all the help, now I've got a new skill I can utilise.

Debbie was excellent… she explained everything clearly and in depth. Debbie kept me focused, I feel like I have learnt a lot and feel confident I can deal with a first aid call if one arises.

Good 3 day course. Very thorough and informative

The assessment questions were worded badly, and day 3 questions were repetitive.

I liked the repeated use of cpr dummies as more practice made the actions and processes stick. Not so keen on role play but understand why used.
