George was great, personable and very knowledgeable. By far the best first aid course I have attended, George is an asset to your company.
The course was, concise, informative, with good content. There was plenty of CPR practice, defib training, bandaging ext, As well as conditions content. The only thing that I felt was the topics were a but jumpy on places but overall great course. Carol is an excellent teacher. She is professional, experienced and calm but with a gentle authority for getting people to learn & get the job done. Well done & thank you.
Course content was fine but we still need brochure as it's very handy to go back to which i have done for past few years. Please can we have them brochures BACK.
The trainer that we had on the day was so great and made sure that we had a fun day training.
