Very good course very informative

Excellent Trainer. Made the experience very enjoyable & ensured we digested the information Really would recommend it. Lack of manuals only bad point. But trainer was able to provide me with an older 1. Thanks Jonny.

Would be nice to have first aid manual given after course

Really interesting training given with full instruction, had a great time overall and learnt a lot of new topics. If there was anything that could be changed it would be the lack of chance to change an option through the quiz as you could not go back and enter anything that was incorrect etc. Overall a great experience and was very informative.

Would like to have had a manual. Also the option to go back to previous questions when doing tests.

very informative, lots of new ways to deliver safer care for our patients. videos are very good.

Good course, good content, very good delivery. My only comment was it could be slightly more compacted.

Manuals at the end would be benifical as well as the ability to review answers to the online quizes
