I really enjoyed the course, learnt such a lot more even though I’ve been doing first aid for 6 years. Jackie Holden made it very interesting with her stories.
Excellent first aid training. Jackie was very helpful particularly discussing real first aid situations where the correct course of action may not be as clear cut. We also covered first aid in much more detail to any first aid course I have done in the past and have conducted first aid in work already and feel even more confident about applying the course into practise.

I thought the course was very informative and I gained invaluable information and skills that I can use at work and home. I found the day was ran very well.
I loved the trainer I had and it was all really in depth. Would definitely recommend. However, my colleague had a course with another woman. She didn't have her camera on and didn't ask the learners to put theirs on and didn't ask for contributions from them either. It was very one sided. Whereas I was required to have my camera on to prove I was present and paying attention. My trainer also required us to answer questions and participate which I really enjoyed. I wish every trainer was equal across the board though.
