Really engaging and enjoyable, Frans spoke clearly and was a genuinely interesting guy. The only downfall was the overuse of PowerPoint but I could not suggest a better way of displaying the information. Thanks Frans!
Straight forward course good information given friendly instructor made it easy to understand material presented.good at answering questions in a way that makes it easy to digest and add to what's already been presented

Helen was a great tutor and put you all at ease and made the course really interesting touching on her personal experiences and relating them to the course. I didn’t have much prior first aid experience before this course and can definitely say I’ve come away learning a lot and have already put to use some of my first aid learnings in my work place.
Amazing training and a better Knowledge of first aid and dealing with any Cardiac issues. how to use the defibrillator and where to put the pads was a bit of a shock.. Not like TV....... the trainer was great and very knowledgeable and understanding in our questions... Thank you
