Zahra did an amazing training covering many details about first aid and also answering all our many questions!

Frans is very informative and his anecdotal style is very helpful in giving 'real life' applications. It was also good to practice CPR on the dummies with the monitors - gave me an idea of the force needed!

It was the most engaging first aid course I have attended (and I've attended a lot!) Sometimes the facilitators & content can be a bit dry but yesterday Pauline was really engaging and brought the content to life.
