A good mixture of practical and theory. Plenty breaks which helped with absorbing lots of the information. Would have been great if the room was a bit warmer!

Not enough practical work . It was getting towards 12pm and we hadn't done any practical ie cpr which is what we all want to do as that is the main worry of you ever having to do first aid. If think it would be better doing cpr and recovery position first thing and then again after dinner . The only other thing was the time for the assessment at the end was rushed .
