Very interesting and informative. Good pace and great engagement
The course was very well run, at the right pace to be able to follow on and it was very interactive, the chance to review, spend time on the practical elements made it very helpful to gain the knowledge required for the course. The trainer was very professional and offered the right support at the right level at the right time.
Andrew was really good and engaging. He made us feel comfortable in asking questions when were unsure about anything and always will to repeat and go through things in a different way so we all understood. I really enjoyed the 1st aid training and the would recommend Andrew as he's a brilliant trainer.

Mick the trainer made the course go really quickly and made it really enjoyable. He put everyone at their ease and I think it was how he delivered the course that made it so good.
