Course very well presented and also good content.

The trainer was excellent

I enjoy the role pkay but we could do with a bit more guidance when we walk in to casualties in an empty room to know they have fallen from a hight and some has a burn some simple props would help I think

Trainer is very professional and polite.she had a lots of patience. She was always smiling. She is excellent. No complaints.

Was the best first aid course I have attended and the best instructor.

I feel much more confident in my role as a first aider now. I also learnt a lot about the human body and how it all works.
