I learnt a great deal and was vey surprised at how little I knew, and how I could benefit someone from the knowledge I have gained today. Very good course and information given and how you could help save a life.
Trainer was knowledgeable and covered the material in an interesting and easy to follow manner. He answered all questions clearly and took time to ensure correct practical application of learning.
Friendly and knowledgeable trainer, made the material and course fun but still informative. Happy to answer additional questions when they arose.
