Loved the practical stuff. Very hands on. Great trainers - Jimmy Monday 18th, Tuesday 19th and Scott Wednesday 20th. Only learnings would be a different approach when taking the tests. I suffer anxiety and took alot longer than the rest of the candidates to complete my test. On Wednesday people were being given their scores while myself and 1 other person were still completing the 24 questions. Then noise levels increased and I felt there was little awareness which flared my anxiety. Otherwise great course, good pace, trainers both had fantastic knowledge and real life stories to tell which brought events to life highly recommend this course thank you

It was a fantastic day- its my first time doing a health and safety course- but the way Hazel went through things explaining the reasons we did every thing not just the what to do will really help me remember the content

Mel was very friendly and helpful to understand all the course step by step . Answer all the questions easy and clearly to understand.

The trainer was great and really knew his stuff - didn't heavily rely on powerpoint and was very interactive
