Very good course and instructor

The trainer (Matt) was excellent, his pace was good his information was clear, delivered well and he was completely approachable if I had any questions. The course content was good for basic first aid at work. It is spread out across the day well- so that there are no periods where we felt rushed or alternatively hanging about. Trainer did have a few issues with late joiners and they had logging in problems, the trainer (David) had the patience of a Saint. Not sure i would have been. 10 out of 10
