I have done many first aid courses and this one has been the best. Helen knew her stuff and could answer our questions. It was great to be able to practice scenario's using the dummies and colleagues.
was very informative and easy to follow due to andrew explaining things if people didint understand and he told us examples of what he experianced himself and how he delt with situations and what was going through his head giving it a human side to the whole thing. i have recomended other people in work to attend the course
Good chance to cover the necessary ground, ask questions and get a bit of hands on practice.
This has been the best first aid course i have completed, Julie was informative but made it fun to learn. She was very hands on and made it very easy to ask for advice & help, she really made the group feel at ease which was great as I was from a different organisation from the majority. Very good material and the tests made it very clear on what we had learned and made sure we took in the information. Overall I would 100% do another course with Julie
Great presentation, very engaging trainer. Brought the materials to life in a fun way and related it to how we would use the skills in real life.

The course was really informative and enjoyable. The trainer, Mick, was extremely knowledgeable in the subject and on hand to answer any questions or demonstrate the practical skills whenever anyone was struggling. He gave me some great feedback, which I can use in my new role in my workplace too.
