Informative and enjoyable

It was a really great course and really interactive and not dull. The trainer was engaging and really passionate about her role. The information light hearted at times but when needed she really hit messages home. The only let down was we had to wait in lobby for a while as the course had not been paid for and also the course website for end assignment was extremely slow and prevented people from leaving on time. Again though the timings were brilliant and the trainer kept to time scales, and didn't bore people with powerpoint. Emma is a great asset to the training provider.

Guy was a brilliant person to conduct the lessons, the way he delivered the three day course was fantastic.

provided lots on information, spoke clearly and gave time to catch up. he also provided feedback on the questions you got wrong

David landed the material well in examples There were a few IT issues but David handled that well. The assessment tool is very laggy but David did warn us about this

Good content of the course. The trainer was great, very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Overall a very good experience.

Very engaging and interesting course with great instructor. Would have been great to have a practical assessment/case story scenario to put theory into practice.
