Paul was a fabulous trainer - he went above and beyond in the content he delivered (without it being overwhelming) and made sure everyone got involved, but that they were also comfortable in doing so. I now feel much more confident in my first aid abilities, and whilst I hope I don't have to call on my newly acquired skills, I am glad that I will be able to if needed.

This was my 3rd First Aid at Work Course & it was definitely the most educational, informative & helpful course out of the 3. Dave Griffiths was really knowledgeable & passed his knowledge onto all of us on the course. I definitely feel that I will be able to confidently deal with any situation should it arise.
Trainer was very attentive and engaging and made me feel comfortable to ask questions. Very good coverage of all topocs

I was worried it was going to be a dull course, but Andy did a fantastic job. His enthusiasm and humour is second to none. If I could give him more than 5 stars, I gladly would. Since he was so passionate about what he taught us, I don't think I'll forget anything in the course. I appreciate him taking time out of his busy day to help us be able to save lives and provide First Aid.
Was really good trainer and feel more confident in my skills I have learnt now as I am new dad and really learnt hiw to deal with baby joking ect
Great trainer and gives good examples. Venue ok but room was cluttered.
