Great pace, good relating back to real life incidents overall gold star from me
Sally seemed extremely experienced with lots of stories to tell to really bring things to life- this really held my attention and made things stick!
The course trainier Lucy, was really thorough and supported our questions for our working environment.
Online content in advance was good but very fast and was easy to forget new information quickly, such as new acronyms…
Course materials were detailed and easy to access. Too much time was wasted at the beginning with admin etc. some of this could have been prior to the session.
Instructor was very good and went over the subject in detail and explained everything.
Kev was engaging, thorough and even funny at times. Good experience overall
