Great course really enjoyed it trainer is very clued up and very aware.

The course was very interesting and informative and it was well presented along with lots of practical stuff.
Fran was very knowledgeable and informative with lots of real life examples and experience.
Needs to be proof read before hand, there was a lot of misspelt words and also questions that did not make sense without sitting and understanding the question being asked
Jack was a brilliant instructor, he explained everything really well & gave examples & also answered our questions. He was very patient & helpful during practical sessions with people that didn't get it quite right first time.
Really enjoyed this course ,the trainer was brill & made the group feel at ease
Content and presentation were absolutely spot on. Having been on many first aid courses Jim made it interesting and relevant, good job.
It was a bespoke course which will give us the basic knowledge required at work for a First Aider. I would recommend this course for other colleagues.
