really good course, excellent trainer. Though really could do with being able to go back and change answers.

Jeff is patient and committed to ensuring all members get the most out of the course. He is approachable with a good sense of humour, an experienced trainer with a wealth of knowledge. My Bly negative criticism is that the Tesco training room was far too small to meet the practical requirements of the course.

Appreciated the extra details and videos that have an idea of real life scenarios.

Most in depth course I have been on with a good mix of practical work

Great course, trainer was friendly helpful and made the course fun and obviously informative and educating. Gave lots of opportunities for questions, to tell experiences we’ve had in situations we’ve covered and also told us of situations he has been in.
