I found the course very interesting,the trainer was very knowledgeable and involved us in the class
Rueben was an excellent trainer - he kept the learning varied and interesting at all times, which helped engagement and concentration. He obviously is very passionate about First Aid which is hugely beneficial in helping others to learn. Would highly recommend to others.
A lot to take in on a short period. Enjoyed the training with Frans.

Jeff is patient and committed to ensuring all members get the most out of the course. He is approachable with a good sense of humour, an experienced trainer with a wealth of knowledge. My Bly negative criticism is that the Tesco training room was far too small to meet the practical requirements of the course.
