AI summary of reviews

Practical, confidence-building teaching is the provider’s clearest strength: attendees consistently praise knowledgeable, patient and personable trainers who explain clearly, use real-life scenarios and keep groups involved. They value the strong blend of theory, demonstrations and hands-on practice, which makes learning memorable and builds confidence to respond at work and in everyday emergencies. Courses are generally well paced and supportive, although some attendees report occasional issues with pre-course communication, online systems or certificates.

Tony was fantastic, he explained everything in a way I could understand. He made it really interesting and kept the group engaged. The practical side of the course was really helpful if we needed to be shown again he was more than happy to do that. Thank you Tony for giving us the skills to help others.

The trainer: We knew his whole life story and family story by the end of the course, as he was oversharing unnecessarily about his private life. He needs to know his audience as the attendees were all nurses, but he assumed we were police just because we work for the police; he called the spine the spleen and then tried to justify it by saying he was getting confused with the Danish language as he is Danish ( I don't speak Danish but I don't believe the Danish word for the spine is spleen); the slides were amateurish and the trainer regularly made remarks that he didn't agree with them.
