Frans made the course really interesting and enjoyable, adding stories of his own to keep us engaged and interested in the course and was always happy to awnser any questions that we've had

Taff was an excellent trainer. He used his vast experience & knowledge to make the course interactive, interesting & I thoroughly enjoyed it. Information received was retained I feel due to his style of training. I have been attending first aid courses for work for the past 20 years but this one has been the most enjoyable and made me want to learn more.
Enjoyed the course trainer made it interesting and easy way to learn and plus’s extra with trainer’s life experience.
