Iv never done first aid ,but Carol made me feel confident in my ability to help someone in need .Best course iv ever done .

The course was very good and covered a wide range of first aid skills. The trainer was thorough and gave plenty of opportunities for questions if people were unsure.
Thorouenjoyed the course and would highly recommend it.
