A very well run course. I have done a lot of first aid courses in the past and not only was the instructor still engaging I have learned new things.
I found the training interesting and very useful, I will use and apply it to the individuals I work with. Many have mental health issues and I am glad I completed this training which will help me in my Job role as a Community Recovery Engagement Worker. Thank you
Excellent course well run by Mark. It contained the right mix of seriousness and humour to assist everybody and keep them interested.
Frans was very engaging and kept it light and upbeat. Useful information with interactions to keep everyone onboard. Plenty of space for questions.
