Karen was amazing as a trainer. She made the course fun and her style of training made it easier to remember things. Done many First Aid courses over the years but hers has got to have been the most memorable, in a very good way

Trainer was brilliant. Really engaging so three days didn't feel dull at all. Really comprehensive course.
