great course and allowed me with confidence to help a young lady in distress who had injured herself falling off her bike with two serious cuts to arm and leg to be bandaged well

Good Pace, Good humour, Trainer (David) used anecdotes to help us imagine using the knowledge and skills in real life situations. Skills practised repeatedly until we really 'got' it. Definitely NOT just a box ticking exercise. Well worth attending.
